To address these issues in Public Service Reform a new innovative partnership model has been developed, called Social Bridging Finance. It aims to draw on the strengths of previous developments such as Public Social Partnerships and Social Impact Bonds, without many of the drawbacks and weaknesses associated with these models. It truly is Thinking Outside The Box......
